These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WxGamepad application and the WxGamepad Server software (together, "the App") provided by Imautotech ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
WxGamepad turns your phone into a wireless controller for a computer you own or are authorised to use. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for this purpose. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorised access to devices you do not control, reverse-engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account created with email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
WxGamepad offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases that unlock premium features. The following terms apply:
- Subscription price and billing period are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings after purchase.
- For Apple subscriptions, the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA) also applies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to interfere with networks or devices you do not own or control, to send malicious input, or in any way that violates the rights of others or applicable law.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imautotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any effect on the computer you connect to.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
